Self Description
My teaching method for subject that require a lot of memorizing is by helping the student to fully understand the whole concept thoroughly first. Usually, I like to use an easy metaphor to explain the theory (It help to get their attention and understand easier). Most of the student will stop paying attention when they can't understand the topic at early stage. Once the student get the whole idea, then I will explain it with actually learning theory and directly provide them with related question. This will help the student to directly change their knowledge from short term memory to a long term memory. Then, at the end of the topics/learning chapter, I always draw a mind map to help them connect all the learning outcome in each chapter. I believe drawing a mind map with a good visual aid will boost the memorizing activity by 40%. I have a teaching experience for PT3 and SPM level in chemistry, science and math subject. So far, my teaching method is working wonderfully, especially when the student try to remember important fact from learning outcome in their previous high school year (Form 1 and Form 2 for PT3 level, Form 4 from SPM level).
Proven Track Record
            1. SPM (Tuition Center) - Out of 12 student, half of the class manage to score an A in science subject. 2. SPM (private tutor) - My student, Syakir previously is from science stream student during his form 4 year. Suddenly During form 5 year he changed to art stream. Without learning science subject during form 4 year, he start it from the beginning in form 5 year and manage to score an A. 3. SPM (Private tutor) - My student Syamil is already a smart student. He is a fast learner. I manage to help him finished to study all form 4 chemistry chapter in mid year (2017). He is not just score an A in every mid-term examination, but he is also way ahead of his friend in school. 4. PT3 (Tuition center) - I teach 25 PT3 students in science subject. Most of them are not interested in science at first (since form 1 and 2). When I use interesting metaphor to explain about science, they begin to be interested and understand. Now, they are all successfully finish covered all the topic and ready for this year PT3 (2017). Im positive at least half of the class will score a solid A.
