Self Description
            I am a soon-to-be entrepreneur who will have some spare time to tutor, until my health coaching business is ready to take off. I've always had the passion to share knowledge from my days as a student (peer tutoring) until my time in my past profession as a research officer in FRIM, consulting on intellectual property management. I would say my teaching method is problem solving-based and practical. I would focus on the applied aspects of the subject. As much as schools think that facts should be forced into a child's brain, I prefer that a child is instilled with critical thinking skills. Only then does the learning, comprehension and application begin. And the results can be seen in their demeanor as well as in their exam results (which parents want to see). I would like to think that I specialize in "failing" or "problematic" students. Give them a chance with me to turnaround their results. I will aid his/her disadvantage by making the learning experience more enjoyable and meaningful.

           Aced all 8 papers in PMR (1996). Excellent results for English, math and science papers in SPM science stream (1998). Graduated at UM with B.Sc. (Hons) majoring in Bioinformatics and MUET band 5. Attended Masters in Biotechnology at UM. Currently pursuing MBA in Strategic Management at IIUM, Gombak.
