Self Description
            Basically I do not have a fix pattern of teaching methods because every student is not the same.My teaching methods will depends on student's character.If the student is passive and inactive, I will ask them more questions to let them involve and participate more in the class. I will use attractive and simple explanation to make sure they concentrate and understand what I teach during the class. If the student is proactive, I will request them to explain or present in the class to encourage them to study and build up their confidence. Personally I think confidence is very important in order to success. If you have knowledge without confidence, you are like a bird without its wings."Confidence is preparation. If you have confidence, everything else is beyond your control." A good teacher will not only give knowledge to the student, at the same time, he will teach them how to success in life by using the knowledge. The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think - rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves, than to load the memory with thoughts of other men.

           I completed Bachelor Degree of Biomedical Science with Second Class (Upper Division) in Universiti of Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). I obtained CGPA of 3.33 in STPM; 9As and 2Bs in SPM. I believe my strong education background will make me a competitive candidate for this position.
