            My main role as a System Quality Assurance in Sunway University College is: Job description Job Responsibility 1. This role specializes in Software Testing and control especially for Education Management (EMS) system, Online/Offline Hostel Management System (HMS) and Web Attendance System plus the solution in Sunway University College. 2. Knowledge of Education products, Project Management/ Coordinator, process and key technology. 3. Collaboration across product team such as application team, user team (Academic/Admin) and QC Team. 4. Work closely with small/big group of users in different area campuses (i.e.: Sunway, Johor and Ipoh in different department and organization levels) 5. Expertise in problem solving via as online and phone call support. 6. Deliver quality work with sense of urgency, responsive to users and peers on established priorities despite conflicting demands. 7. Effective time management and able to work under pressure. 8. Project trainer (especially: Academic and Admin users). My role’s responsibilities are for the following tasks: (i) Testing EMS screen (90% above) - Write function and procedure for testing purposes (ii) Documentation - User Requirements - User Test Approach - Define test plan and test cases - Functional Specification and review process/standard practices. - Policy - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - User Signoff (iii) Conduct system briefing, Work flow documentation, Training material update.
