Self Description	I create a lively class with participation from the students. For me, the willingness for the students to try and do the work is more important. It is ok for them to make mistakes but not to repeat them. I love when my students participate in all role plays as I believe this will instill self-confidence in them.

Achievement	I graduated with honors from University Malaya and my major then was in creative & descriptive writing. I have been working as a journalist with Berita Harian group and at present, I am working as a business development manager with Tan Chong group.
