Self Description	I first explain the subject I teach then i ask questions to them to make sure they understand what I tought. Then I given them written question to answer during the class. So if they don't understand they can ask me during class. I prefer giving alot of homework especially during weekends as revision of what they have studied during the week. I also prepare test papers after every two topics as revision.
