            I do not see myself a superior to my students. I maintain a teacher-friend relationship with my students. I strongly believe that in a relaxed and harmonious environment, it is easier for the students to absorb knowledge. Students are happy coming to my class, parents are proud of their children, and I am happy to have the sense of achievement from the constantly improving children. It is indeed a positive circle that we are all hoping for.I may not be an appropriate candidate if you are opinion that students will progress better with a military-style teacher. 我觉得在轻松无压力的情况下，学生比较容易吸收。所以，不管岁数，我会先与我的学生打成一片，以便以后的教学。学生高兴地上我的课；家长为孩子的成就感到骄傲；我从不断进步的学生身上得到优越感。这绝对是一个良性循环。如果您认为严师出高徒，我并不是个适合的人选。
