            Hi I am Pn. Sha. I am a freelance tutor and Freelance HRDF trainer. I am creating ambitious student and make them understand the value of education in the near future. I am always teaching my students fish so that they know how to feed them for a lifetime. My teaching not more to workshop, brainstorming, role play and presentation. I am following these methods because it is very important to mould them in initial stage. Make them understand the important of studies and teach them the tips and method to study and remember what they studied. I also teach mental arithmetic and give exercise for brain to make sure each neuron get connected for better study. I am also having more than 10 years experience in teaching for special and problematic child. I am able to understand the students’ abilities and areas to improve. My teaching is base on the student's performance. I am also conducting student's education counselling for those who want to continue their higher studies. I am also conducting HRDF trainer for adults on soft skills and Basic English language.
