Self Description
            I've been brought up from a conservative family and respect is very important in educating a child. When a kid respects you, he/she listens to you. Different kids have different ways of teaching them, so I have no particular teaching method but to observe and come out with one after some time spent with your kid. I could be friendly and I will have to be strict to your kids. However, without parent's permission, I do not physically punish my students. My experience studying in UK allows me to understand different culture of learning and applied it in life. And I hope your kids will learn something more than what he/she could study from the book.
