Self Description	first of all, i will emphasize fun teaching method in order to avoid the stressfulfeelings within students. Hopefully with this kind of teaching method, students can improve their interest to learn and enjoy themselves at the same time. I like to prepare a test per week in order to see student's improvement. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes before class begin, i could give some kind of motivation in order to ensure they persistently possess higher level motivation to learn and understand the subjects matter.
Proven Track Record	I have no "formal" experience as tutor before. However, i possessed various experience to deal with children espeacially students in primary school as facilitator for various activities. I beleive i have the potential to become a teacher with high level of motivation and full of excitement.
