Self Description	I am a lecturer because I enjoy hard work and helping others finds success. I want my students to experience meaningful, interesting learning that applies to their lives. Teaching English provides me an opportunity to practice, reflect, and augment my knowledge and skills in a supportive environment. I have the opportunity to perform many of the duties and to make many of the instructional decisions of a classroom teacher. There were many gratifying and difficult days ahead.
