Self Description	I am a teacher who cares about my students' learning. I prefer small groups where I can give more attention. I also like to encourage my students to think and to look for answers ie to be independent learners. I am quite strict when it comes to assignments and projects. I mark all assignments in detail and thereafter discussing with the student ways of improving or praising them for job well done.
Proven Track Record	I have been teaching in colleges for the last 15 years. Many of them are now in the work places holding important post.Now I am teaching English at a Chinese Independent School.
