Self Description	Teaching Method: For English and Bahasa Malaysia,i ususally encourage students to read story books (primary school).I also give them spelling once or twice a week to improve their spelling.I also encourage students to bring along their own dictionary.For secondary students,i encourage them to read newspaper.I actually spare 15 minutes to hear their reading.It's like a reading session.For maths,i give out exams once in every 2 months.The purpose of the exam is to test their understanding level.I seperate the weak ones from the smarter ones not to descriminate them.I do that so i can spend more time with them.More to one to one session.
