Self Description	I have designed and utilised a programme to learn English grammar which has helped many students to understand fully how to write and speak with minimal errors. In my English lessons, received pronunciation (RP) is given emphasis to facilitate students to speak English confidently. I usually teach teenager and adult students. Clear guidance is given to ensure students to learn English easily. Evaluations also will be conducted from time to time to ensure student's understanding on the topic of the lessons hence to achieve the lesson objectives. My experience in teaching is listed below: 6 months teaching FORM 4 students in SMK KG PASIR PUTEH (internship programme) 3 months teaching High School students in Chinese Private secondary school using UEC syllabus. 3 months teaching Year 7 students in International Secondary School using IGCSE syllabus. 1 year of teaching adult students in home tutor class (age 20 - 30)
