Self Description	As a teacher, I hope to motivate my students in ascertaining their inner strengths and abilities. I aim to provide a fun learning environment to encourages my students to believe in themselves in order to realize their full potential. Through my 2 years teaching experience with primary students (from both private and government school), I have found the method of facilitating rather than dictating as a better style of teaching.
