Self Description
            Accepting challenges is the foundation of my life experiences and something I do with confidence. You will find me a totally committed individual with pride in being direct, spontaneous and communicative. I am an extrovert person and have no problem making friends. I enjoy learning new things and doing task. I can maintain records, perform numerical calculations with accuracy and I need minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks. From past experiences and education, I have acquired persuasive techniques that are needed to influence peers and students in making choices. My soft skills are developed and have allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnic diverse populations and all age groups. I am a motivator and an organizer and these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problem situations with colleagues using tact, thus creating a long-term colleagues base. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary for organizational cohesiveness. Over the years, I have to establish daily operational tracking for projects or programs and provide the direction to ensure the progress and dateline were met.
Proven Track Record
            I have helped more than 10 students who get E's in their mathematics score B's in their PMR exam.
