Self Description	I am dedicated to my students but I make them work hard as well. I will do my very best to assist them and to help them in reaching within themselves to find the ability to excel in the particular study. However, I also believe that I need to be honest with the parents about their children's abilities. If the children are good or not, I will inform the parents so that they can help in motivating the child as well. I will not spoon-feed the child and I will expect work from the child as well. I have been teaching English to A Level students for 3 years and I am well-versed with the different types of abilities children have.

Achievement	I have completed my degree in TESL in year 2005 where I graduated with Honours. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Education as well, expecting to finish it by May 2010.
