Self Description
            From my experience in teaching students, I found that most of them weak mainly due to lack of parents supervision and sometimes "too much" supervision. Students spend most of the time with their PC, labtop, smart phone, tab etc. For me, one of the most important factor for a student to score A is 'Self Discipline'. As long as they keep doing the right things, not just doing the things right. Then sure they will achieve higher than what they want.

           My advice for a weak student is: Set as low as 40 marks as their passing mark. This is a very simple target which would not give them pressure. Student will bear in their mind that passing an exam is so simple. Most of them get higher than the passing mark.
