Self Description	My teaching experience includes teaching at tuition center, teaching both Primary and Secondary Student. My approach is versatile in the sense I would teach accordingly to the child's/student's capability and comprehending level. I do not believe in feeding students with already available textbook information, but instead I usually stress on mind-mapping, topics overviewing and regular exercises (for secondary students). As for primary students, my approach is more of interaction with the student, highlighting the basic and important things that they should know.I believe that primary school students need to be assisted and 'coach'ed instead of giving them instruction and bundles of homework which doesn't guarantee their comprehension of the subject. I am an easy-going person who loves to mix with people of different ages, and can cope with both slow and fast learners.
