Self Description	Before going through my class, I would like to know if they have any idea of what they are going to learn. If yes, I would ask then to eloborate.If no, I would explain to them until they know what they have been taught. I prefer one to one teaching as I really can spend my time coaching my student to understand methods better. I really will make a point for them to know what they are learning and just not memorize notes without knowing what it is all about. I strongly believe understanding is better then memorizing.
Proven Track Record	I have helped many students who were poor in studies (whose use to fail) to score better marks. I had a student who use to get E's in exams manage to score B's after 1 year of coaching.
