Self Description	I would like to help poor student n weak student in thier study..some of the teacher are look down to the student who are weak in their study..Me as teacher i want to help my student to let them improve..instant not just for earning money..My teaching style is to encourage student's to engage more with me in their learning. This can be achieved by asking them a lot of questions and encourage them to ask questions too. This will develop their critical thinking skills. And encouraging them to find out more about the subjects they are reading or learning. Additionally, using mind mapping and pictures are important in enhancing students brain regardless of age. I always use pictures and examples to allow children to help them associate more with their learning and understanding...
